1 General Terms & Conditions

Nbajee22 (referred to hereinafter as the "Platform", "we", or "nbajee22") is an internationally licensed online gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the nbajee22 website, mobile application, and all related services.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and nbajee22. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration

To use nbajee22's services, you must create a personal account. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be suspended.

3 Age & Eligibility

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement means you must place a specified amount of bets before withdrawing bonus funds. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager ৳10,000 before making a withdrawal.

• If odds are clearly erroneous, the affected bet will be considered void.

Casino Games

• All game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) and independently audited for fairness.
• Nbajee22 is not obligated to pay out winnings resulting from a software error.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the outcome will be determined based on the saved game state.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to prevent misuse of nbajee22's services. Any violation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software or technical errors.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Unauthorized access to another player's account.
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the site's security systems.
• Creating or verifying an account using false information.
• Using another person's payment method.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Nbajee22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• For violating these Terms & Conditions.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• Upon detection of suspicious financial transactions.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• As directed by a court or regulatory authority.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time. To do so, support@nbajee22.com to email us. It is the user's responsibility to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.
